The Timing Breakthrough We Lucked Into
Our breakthrough came from a stressed client in 2025. Their crucial investor meeting was moved up by three hours, and they needed arrangements delivered to match. Instead of saying "impossible," our team developed what we now call "flex-timing"—arrangements designed to look perfect whether they arrive at 9 AM or 2 PM.
